Each ticket option has its own special advantages.

• Paper tickets are ideal for face-to-face or mailed invitations.
• eTickets are particularly affordable and ideal for broad-based invitation campaigns involving current or potential new customers. You can order your eTickets up until the last day of the event. You'll receive the corresponding ticket reservation codes by e-mail (1 code per ticket). You can find more information about eTickets as a pdf-download-file.

Both ticket versions come with either a standard imprint (company name, postal code, country, hall and stand number) or your own customized imprint. If you do not require any company-specific imprint, the tickets will be printed with a standard message like "Come visit us at our stand".

With the exception of our ticket package, you will only be charged for the tickets actually used to gain admission. You will receive a discount on complimentary admission tickets or eTickets once you have passed the "50-ticket threshold", in progressive increments.

You are also entitled to take advantage of a particularly attractive package ticket offer. As an exhibitor, you can place a single, one-time order for a ticket package including 50 or 100 tickets (either printed tickets or eTickets), which will then be invoiced at a flat rate, irrespective of the number of tickets actually used. Needless to say, you can combine this ticket package with additional tickets which are charged for on the basis of their actual use.

We recommend advising your guests of the need to advance-register their tickets at www.biotechnica.de, ensuring your visitors can whisk right through the entrance gates and head straight to your stand! Ticket registration online for your guests will be available end of July.You may benefit from this service because you will be able to download the registration data of your guests from five weeks prior to the event onwards - including daily updates - via the OBS.
