Once again 2013, a major spotlight will be on "Innovation in Food" – a subject of great topicality and one which is meeting with keen interest. This year the symposium bearing this title will be held in English. One of the theme blocks is devoted to production processes and material usage. The symposium will feature dual sessions on each topic, with one speaker each addressing analytical aspects and real-world applications.
A special Innovation in Food display rounds off the program in Hall 9, where visitors and journalists can also take part in guided tours and engage in one-on-one dialogue with participating exhibitors.
