Ordering your press ID for BIOTECHNICA 2010 (5 to 7 October)

Once again this year, you have the opportunity of ordering your press ID for the upcoming BIOTECHNCIA 2010 in advance. Registered users of our Press website can place their orders via their profiles. All other eligible journalists are kindly requested to fill out and return the form by no later than 22 September 2010. Accredited journalists will receive a free press ID, a voucher for the BIOTECHNCIA catalogue and if requested, a parking permit.

A whole range of accommodation options - from B&Bs to hotel rooms - can be booked at www.hannover.de/hotels or requested from Hannover Marketing & Tourismus GmbH, tel. +49 511 12345-555, hotels@hannover-tourismus.de. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed.

Those who do not order their ID in advance can also do so on site at the Press Center or the press counter located in the Süd 1 lobby. However, this may involve a bit of time spent in line.

Please note that only named members of editorial teams and journalists are eligible to receive press IDs. Non-journalistic staff members (i.e. members of management, assistants, advertising dept. employees, etc.) do not qualify as journalists and will not receive an ID. There is no automatic entitlement to an ID, and we reserve the right to reject requests on a case-by-case basis. Our accreditation regulations are posted online and can be sent as an e-mail attachment on request.
